Are you insured?
Yes, East Paws Pet Services is insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas since 2008.
What areas do you service?

We provide pet-care services in Fort Lauderdale and its surrounding communities including Rio Vista, Lauderdale by the Sea, Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Pompano Beach Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach, and Coral Springs.

What can I expect at our Meet & Greet?

We will bring our service contract which includes general pet information, pet medical information, veterinarian release (allows your Vet to care for your pet in case of an emergency), personal contact information, emergency contact information, and home information. The Meet & Greet is also when will get a key, security codes, and most importantly, when we meet your pet(s)!

Will you be the only pet-sitter entering my home?

You will meet your professional pet-sitter at your scheduled Meet & Greet. In the event of an emergency, an East Paws Pet Services pet-sitter will be substituted. You will be notified of the change. This is part of the service contract. If this is not acceptable, you may cancel the current service and make other arrangements.

Do you have a service agreement?

Yes, of course! It requires much detail from our clients so that our team can have all information needed in case of any “what if” situation to keep your pet healthy and happy!

Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation for services will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
Do you work holidays, weekends and evenings?

East Paws is available 24/7 for our services. We do not change a holiday fee; however we do charge a weekend fee for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

How far in advance do I need to book?

It’s best to contact us as soon as you know of your plans to ensure availability. Although, we do understand that last-minute events happen and we will do our best to accommodate you. Even then, please call as soon as possible!
