  • Yes, East Paws Pet Services is insured and bonded through Business Insurers of the Carolinas since 2008.

  • We provide service in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding communities, including Fort Lauderdale, Rio Vista, Lauderdale by the Sea, Wilton Manors, Oakland Park, Pompano Beach Lighthouse Point, Deerfield Beach and Coral Springs.
  • We will bring our service contract which includes pet information, pet medical information, veterinarian release (allows your Vet to care for your pet in case of an emergency), personal contact information, emergency contact information and home information. We will get a key and security codes. And of course, we will meet your pet(s).
  • At the meet & greet you will meet your pet sitter. In the event of an emergency a East Paws Pet Services pet Sitter will be substituted. You will be notified of the change. This is part of the service contract. If this is not acceptable you may cancel the current service and make other arrangements.
  • Yes. It is very detailed but is for the benefit of your pet and you that we have all information needed even the “what if” types of situations.
  • Yes. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation for services will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.
  • Yes.  We are a 24/7 service.  We do not change a holiday fee.  We do charge a weekend fee Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

  • It is best to contact us as soon as you know of your plans to insure availability. Last minute events happen and we will do our best to accommodate you, please call as soon as possible.
