FAQ

What are the benefits of Petsitting?

Your pet stays in the safety and comfort of its own home with its familiar sights and smells.  He/she follows its customary dietary and normal medication routines.  The risks of obtaining illnesses, parasites or having a disagreeable "roommate" are eliminated.  Your home is kept safe from crime because we keep an eye on your house, as well.

What is a "get acquainted" meeting?

A "get acquainted" meeting is between an East Paws representative, you and your pet(s).  We will get detailed information about caring for your pets and your home.  We have a veterinary release form, client information form, pet information form and a service contract that we will leave with you to complete.  We will review our services and arrange for picking up and returning of keys.  We will answer any questions you may have.

How do I know when the pet sitter is at my home and my pet is safe?

East Paws will leave a diary of each of the visits including the date and time of arrival.  If a daily phone call would make you feel more secure, just ask.  We aim to provide you with a personalized petsitting service.
